Return & Refund Policy – Emilie Paris

At Emilie Paris, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Please read our return and refund terms carefully below.


1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone acting on your behalf) received the goods.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

  • The product is not a custom-made or personalized item.

  • The item was purchased directly from our official website (www.emilie-paris.com).

Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.


3. How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address.

⚠️ Please do not send your return without prior authorization, as we may not be able to process it.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Emilie Paris is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@emilie-paris.com.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can resolve the issue quickly.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits)

  • Earrings and accessories

  • Gift cards


9. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, the processing time typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days for most banks or credit cards

  • Up to 14 days for certain international transactions
